SHINE BY M&J Ltd. are aware that the delivery of the item is a vital part of the purchase process. Therefore for the UK and Northern Ireland you can choose the fastest, most reliable and cost-effective services, which can be seen below. All orders that are placed will be dispatched on the same day if ordered before 3:00PM (GMT London) Mon-Fri excluding UK Bank Holidays. All of our UK delivery options are tracked and insured (amount depends on service chosen) for added peace of mind. We email your tracking code for you to track your parcel to your door. However, this can sometimes take up to 24 hours to start tracking.
At Shine by M&J Ltd., we offer international shipping at affordable prices. Our standard international service is provided by Spring Global Mail. This offers a trackable service. You may track your service on the Spring Global website. Please note some countries don't offer a fully tracked service to your door. However, you can see the dispatch from our warehouse to your local postal service. All orders through this option are delivered by your local postal service and may have to be collected from one of their delivery offices if you missed your delivery like with any other parcel delivery. This service is insured and a signature or acceptance scan is required as proof of receipt.
Royal Mail International delivery is available on request for those wishing to use this service. Please note we do not have this option at checkout so we require you to contact us.

UK returns are free at Discounted Sunglasses. You must use a free returns postage label supplied by SHINE BY M&J Ltd.
No quibble returns policy
Return your product(s) for exchange or refund quibble free as long as the product is unworn and in its original case and box. Terms for exchanges or returns listed below.
30 Day returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you must contact us by e-mail within 15 days of receipt at admin@shinebymj.store to confirm you wish to cancel your purchase. You then have another 15 days to return the item(s) to us in their original condition. To return an item, products must be in the same condition we sent them to you. Products must be unworn and in their original case and box.
Prescription sunglasses and frames fitted with a prescription are customised for you, you cannot return prescription orders. Products supplied in a cellophane wrapper (such as contact lenses) can only be returned for refund or exchange if the cellophane wrapper remains intact and in a resalable condition.
30 DAY EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange your purchase you must contact us by e-mail within 15 days of receipt at admin@shinebymj.store to confirm you wish to exchange your purchase. You then have another 15 days to return the item(s) to us in their original condition. To exchange an item, products must be in the same condition we sent them to you. Products must be unworn and in their original case and box.

Free returns label
UK returns are free at SHINE BY M&J Ltd. If you require a returns label from us, simply call us on +44 7386 126007 (9.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday) or email us at admin@shinebymj.store, and we can arrange to have one emailed to you.
We will not refund return costs where the customer has used alternative methods to return an item unless previously agreed by us in an email.
Refunds
Once a return is received, a refund will be processed within 7 days of the item being received, typically 48 hours.
Cancellations
Once an item(s) has been dispatched from our warehouse we cannot alter, amend or divert the shipment until it has either been delivered, whereupon you have up to 30 days to return for exchange or refund as per the terms above, or, the item(s) has been returned-to-sender and is in our possession.
